Here’s another dose of Life&Style with all the things I love in September. The shirt I am wearing a lot these days, the must-have of the season, the eye patches that save my life (eyes) when I am super tired, the series that got me so obsessed and more. :)

  1. Long Satin Shirt – I love wearing this shirt these days. It’s viscose with satin finish which isn’t too shiny and can be easily dressed up or dressed down.
  2. Acrylic Chain Necklace – I love matching the shirt with this necklace, which by the way I made with my own hands and is part of the recent drop we had at Denina Mártin Collection.
  3. Biologique Recherche Patchs Défatigants – I recently tried these and they do miracles for my tired eyes. Yes, I don’t get much sleep these days to my regret.
  4. Bow-decorated hair clip – For the past month I have been enjoying the hair clip trend. In fact, I have no idea if it’s a trend, but I love it.
  5. Natrol Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg – I have been taking fish oil supplements, along with other vitamins for the past month. Fish oil contains essential Omega 3s and has many health benefits. This brand in particular claims to have it well-filtered to make sure it would not contain contamination with mercury and other chemicals. It also contains natural lemon oil and as a result it has no smell of fish but nice lemon aroma.
  6. Double-breasted trenchcoat – Trench coats are a must for Autumn and this one is a recent find of mine, which is also underlined so it can keep you warm.
  7. Porcelain cup – Tea season is now open.
  8. Nails Inc. Caught in the nude – Got this nail polish recently and the whole range has really nice nude shades.
  9. Cedric Grolet – I discovered this account the other day and I must say I loooove the content. It is so inspiring and eye-pleasing. :)
  10. NYX Professional Makeup Slim Lip Pencil – You might know this, but this is my favourite lip pencil. I have been using it for over 2 years. It wouldn’t dry out the lips and stays long enough. Plus, it’s not expensive.
  11. The Mentalist series – Please don’t ask how long it took me to watch the 151 episodes from the 7 seasons The Mentalist has. I will only say it wasn’t long and I didn’t sleep much, but these series got me so intrigued. One night I felt like I want to watch something and discovered this new upload called The Mentalist on HBO Max. It turned out to be soo good! The plot is about a famous “psychic” (Simon Baker) who outs himself as a fake, and starts working as a consultant for the California Bureau of Investigation so he can find “Red John”, the serial killer who killed his wife and daughter. It’s very psychological, intense and funny at times. If you feel like watching something different, this one is worth the time in my opinion.
