I have compiled a number of FAQ and gave my answers to them here, so you can get to know me better.

How did you decide to become a blogger?

I started in the Summer of 2014. I was 6 months pregnant and after quitting work, I quickly got bored. I owned this domain from before, so I started blogging. I knew it was popular, but had no idea that fashion blogging was such a big thing. I blogged until I gave birth to Alex and thought that I won’t be able to keep this up and running. However, I eventually realised that this was my way of unwinding and doing something I was really passionate about. So, in a month or so I started blogging again. Step by step it grew. The more opportunities it gave me, the more ambition I got.

Who takes your pictures?

Ron – my partner in life and the photographer behind 99% of the images here.

What camera and lenses do you use to take your photos?

We have been using our Nikon D7100 with 50mm F1.8 and 24-70mm F2.8 lens up until the end of October 2018. All the photos here, including our travel photos, have been taken with it. I also use my iPhone for Instagram as it takes pretty good photos. However, we have finally made the decision to upgrade to a full frame camera so we picked the Nikon D750. It is our main camera now.

Is blogging your full-time job?

Blogging is a very big part of my work life, and can be considered a full-time job, because the time and effort I put are even more than a full-time job would require. It is what I do for a living, but there’s so much more to it. Like translation projects for the fashion industry, creating content for other brands & taking some jobs as a fashion stylist and consultant. In other words, I also take many freelance projects. But for me it all goes into one, and I love every single part of it.

What did you do for a living before blogging?

I was in Marketing & PR. Now I’m literally on the other side of a marketer’s job.

Do you write every single post yourself?

Yes, I am the sole author and creator behind every single post on this website, if we are not considering the photographs, which are taken by Ron. I always make sure the information and opinions I share are 100% mine and authentic. I believe that being open, real and honest is what helps me build a good relationship with my readers.

What advice would you give to anybody who’s just starting now?

Never give up and continue pushing forward even when times are difficult. And of course, do what you truly believe in. If you feel something is not good for you or you just not feel it reflects you, skip it. Trust your instincts.
