We spent the last few days up in the mountain. This is the only place where I would really, really enjoy snow. The only place I feel good being dressed up in layers of warm clothes. The place that reminds me how beautiful and relaxing silence can be. And Ron, Alex and I were lucky to enjoy some wonderful sunny weather, too.

Borovets has been our destination snow every year for the past few, and I always enjoy it so much. This year we stayed at Borovets Hills Hotel, which I would recommend if you seek good SPA facilities, as well as play facilities for children. Rooms are big, and everyone on site is extremely friendly and helpful.

When it comes to snow and style, I truly enjoy wearing white, especially paired with natural and contrasting hues. And that’s what I wore during one of our walks in Borovets. White all over with a pair of non-slippery boots in camel and a fur vest which I got from SHEDD. If you remember, I have told you previously about this iOs and Android app, where you can buy and sell everything fashion.

After walking around Borovets, we sat down to enjoy some tea, mulled wine and a bowl of hot tomato soup. It was such a lovely experience to stay outside without feeling any cold and enjoying every single sunbeam. Sofia has been so gloomy in the past month that we all needed this.

Are you planning a mountain holiday soon? What’s your destination snow go-to outfit?
