I love to stay active and I am not good at diets, but somehow I manage to find a balance. Though I wish I could be better at dieting. I guess feeling happy always comes first for me. Anyway, my point was that throughout the years I have tried many things. I was doing yoga before it got popular. I tried boxing for a bit. Collective trainings at the gym. Swimming (still love it!). Running. Fitness. You name it. But this year I discovered a phone application and this sports app turned out to be the best I have tried sports-wise. It’s called SWEAT.
I bet those of you regular on Instagram have heard of it. Some may have tried it. It took me over a year to finally make up my mind and subscribe. I guess I was waiting for COVID-19 to come but I subscribed and I loved it. I have never had better results out of any regular trainings. Except for swimming, I guess. And it is still different. Anyway, my point is I have never felt as strong and energised either.
SWEAT is an app where you can select and change trainers and programs. I personally love the Kayla Itsines HIIT trainings called BBG Program. The app reminds you what training you need to do for the day. In my case, it is 3 High Intensity Interval Trainings and 3 Low Intensity Cardio Trainings (a.k.a fast-paced walking) per week for 12 weeks. Each training session takes 28 minutes and if you do a proper warm up and cool downs it would take up to 40 minutes. The app guides you throughout the whole training session and is easy to pause if needed. No special equipment needed.
When I tested it there was a one-month free trial. I think you can get advantage from a one-week free trial at the moment and see if you enjoy it. The monthly subscription will cost you 19.99. Now, I have paused my training with the app due to an unrelated ankle injury, but I am planning to come back to it in September!

Let me know if you have tried it and what your thoughts are! Or maybe recommend other apps that are easy to use at home?
