If you аre on Netflix, you most probably have heard of the series Emily in Paris or already watched it. It’s a lightweight short series production of 10 episodes telling the story of a young American girl who is transferred to Paris for work. And then a total chaos enters her life when it comes to both love and work. It’s an entertaining comedy-drama. Recently, Netflix released season 2. A series review is not purpose of this post, but I will say that I enjoyed season 2 much more!
With the release of Emily in Paris (S02), Lancôme did a themed Limited Edition collection celebrating Parisian beauty. And just recently I received it as a PR package from Notino. This includes Emily In Paris Maxi Palette, L’Absolu Rouge, Advanced Génifique Serum, Monsieur Big Mascara & the Idôle EDP.

Emily and I are different on so many levels, but we have one thing in common – we both love Paris. So, I used the products to get the look but mostly do it my own way in the spirit of Emily in Paris.

The Emily in Paris Maxi Palette from the Lancôme’s Limited Edition collection is stunning and matched my fair skin tone so well. All of the colours look good on me and blend easily, but I prefer the golden-brown theme, as you may expect. Hence, my lashes got extremely big after applying the Monsieur Big Mascara and the L’absolu Rouge lipstick in Rouge Pigalle 82 felt so comfortable on the lips. By the way, I also used a tiny bit of it on my cheeks as a blush. And if you ever wondered what Emily smells like, it’s Idôle – a young, fresh, floral and feminine fragrance.
If you like Emily in Paris & Lancôme, you can order the Limited Edition collection online here.
