4 SOPHISTICATED VANILLA FRAGRANCES

I love vanilla-based fragrances, but not every vanilla fragrance smells sophisticated. So, I decided to make a list of 4 sophisticated vanilla fragrances that I like which are also very different to one another.

The Spicy Vanilla

It’s not the first time I share it but I love Diptyque Eau Duelle. It’s the best Vanilla fragrance for me and I keep repurchasing this fragrance. As described by Dyptique, it has “luminous, addictive accents of calamus and dark, smoky nuances of cypriol. Travelling through time and over borders, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar reveals itself between darkness and light.” For me, it’s an amazing fragrance that represents my personality very well.

The Floral Vanilla

Van Cleef & Arpels know how to do excellent fragrances, and Collection Extraordinaire Orchidée Vanille is just that. For those who prefer the floral twist of a fragrance, this one is surely a sophisticated and multi-faceted one! Among the notes except for Vanilla, there are also Vanilla Orchid, Dark Chocolate, Tonka Bean, Mandarin Orange, Violet and Bulgarian Rose.

The Unisex Vanilla

Atelier Cologne Vanille Insensée is a woody vanilla fragrances which is unisex and stays well on both me and Ron. At first I wasn’t sure I liked it until I sprayed it on me. It’s unexpected and plays an addictive contrast between vanilla and woody moss. Among its exotic perfume ingredients there are vanilla from Madagascar, lime from Mexico and cilantro from Russia. Warm and audacious notes that you and your man can both enjoy.

The Pure Vanilla

If you like a clean vanilla that doesn’t smell cheap, but just the opposite, I’d say try Boucheron La Collection Vanille de Zanzibar. It still has some florals and citruses to balance it, but the overall expression is of a pure vanilla that feels elegant and delicate.
