[dropcap]O[/dropcap]versized is back again, and it feels totally appropriate to play safe with your curves and hide them beneath an oversized dress like this one. In reality, the boxy cut of this Red Herring piece makes it appropriate for both work and off-duty outings without sacrificing comfort. Not to mention it would appear equally gorgeous in high heels, flats and trainers.
However, another aspect I love about this piece is the the mix of denim-like with the rope details. It feels very casual, natural and balanced. Lace up dresses and tops have been bringing this mild 70s spirit the modern way for a couple of seasons already. Unlike previous seasons when this loved decade was heavily everywhere, for Spring/Summer 2016 it is present only with its slight notions. Now, the 70s are mingling with other trends which brings a lovely twist to almost anything. And this lace up oversized dress only proves that.
