Who doesn’t love spending time at an yacht port when it usually involves long walks, nice talks and dreaming of romantic boat trips?
A few weeks ago Ron and I stepped on Halkidiki’s Sani Resort for the first time, and we loved it. It reminded us of St. Vlas’ Marina, but much prettier and picturesque. Except for the charm of boats and palm trees, Sani’s got a number of lovely restaurants, nice shopping spots and marvelous sunset views. It truly turned out to be a place where I want to visit again and again. Hopefully, next time it’d involve a boat trip. This would remind me so much of my early teenage years when dad would take me to the local lake with his boat… Honestly, going onto a boat in the open sea now would be the ultimate happiness for a romantic soul like me.
Indeed, I was kind of hoping this would happen on that day. So, I dressed according to theme – ready to jet off. I opted for the classic color combo of white and blue, a minimalist co-ord and because boats and long walks require it – a pair of navy loafers. The latter is one of the key trends in Deichmann’s trend report for the season. At that moment, all I really needed was someone to say “Come on, jump on that boat!” :)
Are you dreaming of romantic boat trips as much as I do? How would you dress appropriately for such a marine adventure?
